Trip status as of Dec 11th:Member charter trips are purchased from Tour Operators subject to third party regulations & government travel advisories that prescribe when insurance and refunds are issued. It would not be prudent for NTSC to mandate the cancellation of these services as it may negatively affect our members abilities to obtain all refunds that they would otherwise be eligible to receive should a trip not be able to run. |

By registering for a trip, you agree to the trip waiver and travel code of conduct and are waiving certain legal rights. As a member, you also agree to follow the NTSC Code of Conduct and Waiver.
We highly recommend that you buy travel insurance, either through the tour operator or separately. If you choose not to purchase any travel insurance, there is no obligation from the Tour operator to provide refunds. Please protect yourself!

Resort COVID-19 updatesResorts are advising that skiers and snowboarders will have to wear masks on lifts and gondolas and when indoors and physical distancing will be encouraged by removing tables and chairs in bars and restaurants. Travel InsuranceCOVID-19 has brought uncertainties for our future travels. It is highly recommended for an NTSC member to purchase travel insurance, either through our Tour Operators or another 3rd party provider. We’d hate to see your hard-earned money go to waste if a trip is canceled or something unexpected comes up and you aren’t able to attend. Here we have summarized options provided by our Tour Operator and refund scenarios. The insurance premium is due with the deposit (flights) or full trip payment (bus). A package plan can be purchased through Skican (flights) or Express Tours (bus). Refunds and CancellationWhen you sign up for a charter trip as a member, you are buying from an independent Tour Operator (not NTSC), who is subject to third party regulations & government travel advisories that prescribe when insurance and refunds are issued. NTSC can not cancel trips as it may prevent members from obtaining refunds that they would otherwise be eligible to receive. Deposit, insurance premium, and NTSC pre-registration payment are non-refundable. Refer to each trip event details for timelines and additional cancellation charges leading up to the trip. REFUNDS |
Depending on the situation for cancelation, as well as your personal insurance coverage purchased, refunds may or may not be reimbursed if a trip is interrupted or canceled. The Tour Operator will only cancel a trip under the following scenarios:
