The NTSC Snow School Waiver must be signed by all NTSC members and guests as a condition of registration and participation in all NTSC snow school programs.
If you have not signed our waiver you will not be able to sign up for any club event.
When you joined or renewed your membership an email was sent with details on signing the waiver.

Where are the Day Trip Pickup Locations ?
NTSC offers luxury coach transportation between 4 convenient Toronto / GTA locations and our hill destinations.
Our coaches have comfy seats, overhead storage in addition to space under the bus for skis and boards, and washrooms for your convenience.

How do I sign up for Day Trips ?
Each week the trips for the following week will become available for sign up through the alpine day trips and cross country day trips schedule and as a featured event on the web site home page. Once you click the day you would like to register for, simply follow the steps and complete your registration and pay for your day trip.

What are the Cancellation / No Show Fees ?
All day trips can be cancelled with no fee, up until the trip registration closes.
If you do not cancel your day trip registration by the cancellation deadline you will be required to pay one or more Cancellation fees. These are also known as "No Show" fees.
These fees are in place to recoup the cost of the allocated spot on the bus that was reserved for you, along with the scheduling of a Snow School Instructor for the day trip.
When to buy a beginner ticket vs a regular ticket?
Some resorts have a Beginner Lift ticket or Package (package includes beginner lift ticket and rentals). This provides access to beginner area ONLY and at a lower cost compared to a regular ticket.
As a relatively new Skier (Never Ever up to Step 2) or First Time/Beginner Snowboarder you can take advantage of the cheaper beginner lift ticket option rather than a more expensive regular lift ticket. Click here to find out more information.
How do rentals work ?
Rentals should be available from the resort at an extra cost.

How do I add a Guest ?
When you are registering for a Bus Event, you can choose to add your guests at that time. Click here to find out more information on our Guest Policy.
If I bring a guest do they get a lesson?
Yes, lessons are available to guests. Please sign them up for a lesson when you register.
What is the guest fee?

How many Guests can I bring?

How many times can a guest attend?
Each guest can take up to 2 day trips with the club over a season. Click here to find out more information on our Guest Policy.
How to apply a credit?
Follow the instructions here to apply a credit as part of a payment.
What happens to my credits at year end?
For balances of $80 or greater, a refund will be manually generated as part of a batch accounting process during the month of May; there is no need to contact our accounting volunteers.
For balances less than $80 the credit will remain on the members account for application against future events.
How do lessons work?
Lesson usually start at 10am and are 2 hours in duration. You will be put into an applicable group based on your skill level and have the same instructor for the entirety of the lesson.
Lessons will generally finish at the same location they start from, unless otherwise stated by your instructor.
When do lessons start and where do we meet?
Lessons usually begin around 10am based on when we arrive at the hill. This is the time the class will depart, so try to get there 10mins earlier to check in and be ready for when the groups leave.
We meet outside usually just outside the main chalet. Look for the NTSC instructors on the snow, they will be greeting everyone and sorting people into the applicable classes.
How do Lesson Sign up & cancellation work ?
To partake in a lesson, you need to sign up for one - this is done when you register for the trip. If you are unsure about which group, not a problem.
Talk to an instructor at the meeting point and they will help you.
If you need to cancel a lesson you need to do it before the registration for the trip closes, otherwise you will be charged a "no show/cancellation fee"
