Ski the wilderness of Ganaraska Forest!
Ganaraska Forest has a fantastic network of groomed and track set ski trails set in a 11,000 acre wilderness conservation area on the Oak Ridges moraine. There's a 7 km skate ski trail and a separate network of snowshoe trails through the woods, with lots of wildlife. Cafeteria serves soup and sandwiches. Snowshoers are welcome, $25 bus only, pay for your trail pass at the ski centre.
Snowshoe rentals ($10/day) but no ski rentals. This day trip will ONLY run if there is snow and enough people sign up.

BUS TIMES: Departs from Toronto: Merton - 7:45 am, York Mills - 8:00 am, AJAX GO STATION - 8:20 am. Departs ski area at 4:30 pm. Please arrive at departure area at least 10 minutes before departure time.
CANCELLATIONS: If there is space on the bus you may register until Thursday, March 7th at midnight. However, please note that if you wish to cancel this registration with full refund, you must emailntscdaytrips@gmail.com by Wednesday March 6th at 8:00 PM. If you cancel after that time (or are "no show"), only the bus portion of the trip price ($25) will be charged. If you paid $45 online, $20 will be credited to your account and can be applied to your next trip.
If you make an online payment after Thursday, please print your confirmation and bring it to show the bus captain on ski day!
