This year's NTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be a virtual event starting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 12.
If you can not attend, you can assign a proxy by clicking option 2 or 3 when registering for the event. Proxies can be given to anyone, or to the President of the club. Be sure to assign your proxy to someone who is attending and speak with them first.
Proxy registration closes on Wednesday, September 11 at 7:00 pm (24 hours in advance of the meeting).
Registration for the AGM will close at 5:00 PM on September 12th.
