The last time the Club made it to Sugarloaf was 1995/1996. 25 years is way, way too long a break from such an epic Eastern mountain. With above treeline skiing, you know it's a big one! Combined with Sunday River, this will be an amazing trip to Maine's two finest ski resorts. 

We'll start in Sunday River, with two days of ski-in/ski-out accommodations (three nights). It's a large resort, spanning eight interconnected mountain peaks, with  2340′ of total vertical terrain and lots of tree skiing. Then it's off to Sugarloaf for another two days of skiing/boarding and two night's stay at slopeside accommodations.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

The Grand Summit Hotel offers all the amenities you would expect from a full-service hotel with the convenience of a true slope-side location. It's minutes from the resort center and with ski-in/ski-out access. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, health club, and on-site restaurants including Camp and the Last Run Room. Rooms are equipped with a mini fridge.

The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Sugarloaf Village. Amenties include a 30-person outdoor hot tub, health club with sauna, steam room and fitness area. Rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee/tea maker.

          • Minimum participants for trip to proceed = 36

          Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

          Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.

          Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2024. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

          Travel Insurance:

          NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or interrupt your vacation. Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

          Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
