Big White is Canada's largest totally ski-in/ski-out resort village, located one hour from the Kelowna International Airport, has everything you would expect from a world-class resort. Spectacular scenery of the Monashee Mountains, groomed & powder runs and a state-of-the-art lift system, the resort is blessed with ideal ski and snowboard conditions, receiving over 750cm of dry powder snow annually!

Cross Country Skiing: Big White has 25 kilometers of combined cross country and wilderness trails. The Resort offers all levels of cross country skiing, from beginner to advanced.

Trail pass pricing for the 2022/23 season has not yet been finalized (last season’s daily rate was $15). Trail passes will be available to be purchased online when the season opens (link to be provided at a later date).

Cross country equipment is not available to be reserved online ahead of time and can only be rented on a walk-in basis. Rental pricing for the 2022/23 season ranges from $31 for skis and poles only to $34 for skis, boots and poles, subject to applicable taxes.

Accommodations:

The Inn at Big White features ski-in, ski-out convenience, out door hot tub, ski lockers, galley kitchen equipped with cookware and utensils, induction cooker, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and mini-fridge, and is located in the heart of the village centre.

  • Price based on 20 trip participants.  Base price is subject to change if less than 10 participants.

    • To Tour Operator: Base Price $2,112 / $2,055 (Senior 65+)
    • To Tour Operator: Non-refundable $500 Deposit due upon registration; Final balance due November 13, 2022
    • Instructions for how to make deposit and final payments are contained registration confirmation emails sent to trip participants.

    • Flights that may be booked independently do not have the first piece of luggage included.

    Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

    Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.

    Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2023. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

    Travel Insurance:

    NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen medical expenses and financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or interrupt your vacation. Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

    Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.

    By completing the online registration, you are agreeing to the NTSC Travel Code of Conduct and waiving certain legal rights against NTSC. Please carefully read the NTSC Travel Code of Conduct and the Travel Waiver.
