Big White 2019 - Priority List

Big White has it all! Jan 12 to19th $1735. Slopes for every ability, a great pedestrian village and a fabulous selection of restaurants. Big White has an abundance of intermediate runs and cruisers. For the experts the best powder is hidden between the marked trails along with lots of challenging terrain. We'll be staying at the Inn at Big White. Located in the heart of the village. The rooms feature a galley kitchen, gas fireplace, indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and exercise room

This Priority List will determine the order of spaces offered on the 2019 Big White trip. Signing up does not guarantee you a spot.

Costs: Pre-Registration $40,  Deposit $500 due at sign up. Final Payment $1195 (Due Nov 28 2018), Senior 65+ 6 Day Alpine Pass deduct $55, Land Only Deduct $535, No lift tickets deduct $380, Single Supplement upon availability $550. If Paying by Credit Card Visa/MC add $55

Accommodation: Inn at Big White Superior Room with a Queen bed and a Queen murphy bed, gas fireplace, TV, Galley Kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster.  Located in the heart of the Village the hotel features indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub excercise room and ski storage.

Cancellation Policy: Changes and cancellations are subject to fees as outlined below (in addition to the $40 non-refundable pre-registration payment) and must be done by the Charter Committee only:

• Insurance and NTSC pre-registration payment are non-refundable
• Cancellations until December 9th 2018 = loss of $800 and insurance
• Cancellations after December 9th 2018 = Loss of 100% of package cost
• Name changes up to 5 days before departure are subject to a $175 charge.

Refund payments may not be made until April 2019.

All applicable taxes in effect at time of this contract have been included in the package price, however, Skican reserves the right to adjust the package price in the event of unanticipated increases such as fuel, new departure taxes, etc.
