Cancellation Policy:
Changes and cancellations are subject to fees as outlined below (in addition to the $40 non-refundable pre-registration payment) and must be done by the Charter Committee only:
- $1000 Deposit is Non-refundable.
- Cancellations after Dec 1st are 100% non-refundable.
- Name Changes allowed until December 1st at no cost. From December 2nd to 31st, a $75 per person fee applies. From Jan 1 onwards no name changes possible.
The deposit and insurance, if selected, is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refund payments may not be made until April 2018.
Insurance
Club Med includes a Basic Insurance plan with the cost of every package purchased in Canada. Club Med’s cancellation insurance covers only their land arrangements.
To add coverage for the balance of the trip (flights, etc.), additional cancellation insurance may be purchased at time of trip deposit only. Costs are as follows:
0 to 59 years: $134.00
60 to 64 years: $141.00
65 to 69 years: $152.00
70 to 74 years: $166.00
75 to 79 years: $245.00
80 years +: On Request.

After you have submitted your online registration you will receive an e-mail on how to complete your registration. Your place on the trip is not confirmed until payment has been received by the Trip Provider.
