Changes and cancellations are subject to fees as outlined below (in addition to the $40 non-refundable pre-registration payment) and must be done by the Charter Committee only:
The deposit and insurance, if selected, is NON-REFUNDABLE. The single supplement cost, if selected, must be covered.
- Cancellation and airline substitutions are permitted before December 12, 2017.
- Cancellations from 44 to 33 days before departure will cost $800 per person; 32 days or less, trip is fully non-refundable.
- Name Changes may be made more than 45 days before departure (by December 12, 2017). Name change made between 44 to 8 days before departure will be subject to a $175 fee. Name changes are not allowed after this period.
Refund payments may not be made until April 2018.
