New Members' Registration

What you need to bring:

Name & email address for yourself and up to 3 friends if they are unable to attend to register in person themselves.

Upon arrival:

You will receive a numbered coupon (plus one for each friend you may be registering, up to 3 people).  This basically entitles you to a spot in the club, so you are free to mingle, meet new people, talk to the Directors and get questions answered.  The NTSC Directors and volunteers (you’ll recognize them by name tags, buttons and/or shirts) will be there to give you information about the club and answer all of your questions.  

At some point during the night, you must visit the registration table at the front to sign-in with your name/email/phone #, in exchange you receive a link to a private page with instructions on how to complete the enrollment process online and pay for your membership (plus one for every friend you may be representing). 

You have 48 hours to complete the registration and payment processing online using the link provided (the link will expire Saturday, September 28th at 10:00PM). Your priority spot will be kept for those 48 hour and at 10:01PM if you have not completed the enrollment process, the link will be published on NTSC website - any remaining memberships will now be available to the general public on a first come-first serve basis.

Payment:

Membership fee is $145.00 for the season. NTSC accepts only online payment (MasterCard, Visa or PayPal account). As an exception, we’re prepared to accept cheques or cash during sign-up at the registration tables but we strongly encourage the use of online payment.

What if I can’t make to the event?

We strongly suggest you send a friend in your spot.  Your friend will need your full name, email address and phone number.  You can represent up to 3 people in addition to yourself.
