Register to virtually attend the Mid-Winter General Meeting, opening at 7:00 PM on Tuesday February 17, 2026 and beginning promptly at 7:15 PM. Registration will close at 5:00 PM on February 17, 2025.
Alternatively, you can assign a proxy by default to the President or a selected individual. If you choose to assign your proxy for the meeting, you will receive a separate email containing a proxy form with instructions on how to submit it. In the form, you will have the opportunity to direct your proxy holder on how to vote on the motions presented at the meeting. Your proxy will not be valid unless you fill out and sign the proxy form 24 hours prior to the meeting.
Meeting link will be sent a few hours prior to the meeting. Members may share one device to attend the Zoom meeting; however each member must vote independently by logging into ntsc.ca
