Accommodations:

The newly renovated Banff Park Lodge features an indoor pool,  hot tubs, ski lockers and is located steps from Banff Ave with shops and restaurants.  The hotel amenities include on-site Restaurant, fitness room, ski shuttle at the door, and on- site rentals.

Superior 2 Queen rooms offer 2 queen beds, full bathroom, cable TV, complimentary WiFi, coffee maker, mini fridge and private balcony or patio.

• Members requesting a roommate will be matched with a roommate of the same gender in a room with two separate beds. If a roommate is not available, members will be informed before final payment and fees and deposits will be returned.

Flights:

• March 28: AC 133 depart Toronto 8:00am – arrive Calgary 10:08am
• April 4: AC146 depart Calgary 12:35pm – arrive Toronto 6:32pm

For Air Canada Group bookings, domestic flights include the first piece of checked luggage (such as your suitcase). Your ski bag & boot bag will count as an additional checked bag. Please refer to www.aircanada.com for further baggage fees & policy information.

LIFT PASS:

Costs: (Visa/MasterCard accepted)

• To NTSC: Non-refundable Registration Fee $75
• To Tour Operator: Base Price $2,330 / $2,180 (Senior 65+) +/- options
• To Tour Operator: Non-refundable $500 deposit + insurance (if selected) due upon registration; Final balance due February 11, 2026
• Price based on minimum of 25 trip participants. Base price will increase if fewer than 25 participants.
  

Spaces:

• Minimum participants for trip to proceed = 25
• Maximum spots available = 40

Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:

Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.

Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2026. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

Travel Insurance:

NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
