Feb 25 - 28 (Wed - Sat) Jasper, 3 nights at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, formerly and fondly known as Jasper Park Lodge, is a stately and rustic resort set amidst the stunning wilderness. Surrounded by charming private cabins and majestic natural beauty, the lodge has long been a glamorous destination for those seeking an authentic rocky mountain experience. For over a century, it has welcomed guests to its serene setting of towering peaks, pristine forests, and crystal-clear lakes.

- Members requesting a roommate will be matched with a roommate of the same gender in a room with two separate beds. If a roommate is not available, members will be informed before final payment and fees and deposits will be returned.

Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.
Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2026. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.
Travel Insurance:
NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.
Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
