The Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites is conveniently located in Revelstoke, British Columbia on Highway 1 and is within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Revelstoke Mountain Resort is a short complimentary shuttle away (~15 min). Relax in the outdoor hot tub or work out in the well-equipped fitness center. Start your day in Revelstoke with a complimentary breakfast from the hotel, which includes a variety of options.

Additional Fees / Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
Changes and cancellations are subject to fees and must be arranged through the NTSC Travel Committee only.
Refund payments may not be made until Fall 2023. For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.
Travel Insurance:
NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.
REMINDER: Japan & Europe trip participants are required to provide proof of travel medical insurance coverage. In the past, participants who did not have out-of-country medical insurance have placed an undue burden on Trip Leaders and Travel Committee Reps. Injuries do occur and it is unsafe and can be very expensive to not have out-of-country coverage. Coverage is also strongly recommended for out-of-province travel.
Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.
