cROSS COUNTRY SKI AT gATINEAU PARK, DOWNHILL SKI/snowboard AT sommet edelweiss OR HANG OUT IN OTTAWA AND ENJOY WINTERLUDE

There are so many options for this four day trip to our National Capital Region. Our home base will be downtown Ottawa. We'll have a bus that drops cross country skiers off at Gatineau Park in Quebec on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. On Saturday and Sunday, the bus will continue on to Sommet Edelweiss in Quebec for downhill skiers and snowboarders.

It's the 47th edition of Winterlude while we're there. You'll be able to participate in must-do winter pleasures like tube sliding, skating and admiring snow and ice sculptures, along with cultural programming.

This is a great trip for members looking for a smorgasbord of activities.

For any refunds resulting from a group cancellation, participants will receive refunds, net of non-refundable fees, on their credit card.

Travel Insurance:

NTSC and the Tour Operator strongly recommend you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect against financial losses/penalties in the event you are forced to cancel or your trip is interrupted (e.g. flight cancellations or delays). Trip participants who do not purchase travel insurance will be required to confirm they have other coverage or understand they are responsible to any costs associated with trip cancellation/interruption.

NEW THIS SEASON. USA and Europe trip participants are required to provide proof of travel medical insurance coverage. In the past, participants who did not have out-of-country medical insurance have placed an undue burden on Trip Leaders and Travel Committee Reps. Injuries do occur and it is unsafe and can be very expensive to not have out-of-country coverage. Coverage is also recommended for out-of-province travel.

Comprehensive Insurance coverage can also be added to a newly purchased policy. The premium is due with the deposit.

Further details are available on the website Travel Insurance page.

By completing the online registration, you are agreeing to the NTSC Travel Code of Conduct and waiving certain legal rights against NTSC. Please carefully read the NTSC Travel Code of Conduct and the Travel Disclaimer.
