    Base price for this trip is $1,910 CAD plus the $40 pre-registration payment for a total of $1,950 CAD.

Head to the original party town in the heart of the Alberta Rocky Mountains.

Accommodation is at the Ptarmigan Inn, located steps from downtown Banff shopping and restaurants. Newly renovated rooms feature queen beds, coffee & tea, and WiFi. Daily breakfasts are included and there is a Indoor hot tub and exercise facility too, for those so inclined.

Six day lift pass is included for Sunshine, Lake Louise, and Norquay along with complimentary shuttle transportation.  A day trip to Kicking Horse is available for an extra $30 (subject to a minimum number of participants).

Payable to NTSC:   Pre-Registration $40; 

Payable to Skican Group: $500 deposit due at registration and the $1,410 remainder due Monday, January 20, 2020 along with these adjustments:

  • Seniors 6 day lift ticket:  Deduct $120
  • Land Only:  Deduct $570
  • No Lift Tickets:  Deduct $390
  • Single Supplement:  Add $640 (limited availability + $20 additional credit card fee);
  • Kicking Horse day trip: Add $30 (a minimum of 10 participants must register for this option and travel must be on the same day)
  • Payment by Visa/MC: Add $55 surcharge.

Cancellation Policy: 

Changes and cancellations are subject to fees as outlined below (in addition to the $40 non-refundable pre-registration payment) and must be done by the Charter Committee only:

Deposit and insurance are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations before January 29, 2020 = loss of $540 ($40 pre-registration fee + $500 deposit) + insurance cost (if any)

  • Cancellations between January 30, 2020 and February 9, 2020 = loss of additional $800 ($1,340 + insurance cost)
  • Cancellations after February 9, 2020 = loss of 100% of package cost
  • Name changes up to 10 days before departure are subject to a $175 charge.  This must be processed through NTSC Charters.

Refund payments may not be paid out until April 2020.

All applicable taxes in effect at time of this contract have been included in the package price, however, Skican reserves the right to adjust the package price in the event of unanticipated increases such as fuel, new departure taxes, etc.

Comprehensive Travel lnsurance (Plan II) is available to protect non­refundable payments in the event that you are forced to cancel your vacation prior to departure or interrupt vacation due to medical reasons.

All insurance payments must accompany $500 deposit in order to be valid. Travel insurance is non-refundable.

The insurance policy is supplied by Allianz - Global.

This priority list is to set the order of spaces offered. If successful you will be emailed instructions on how to finalize your registration and secure your spot on the trip.
