GALA SEATING PLANS - NEW THIS YEAR

1.  Book a table like you're making a reservation at a restaurant.

If you know who you want to sit with, organize yourselves in advance and decide on a reservation name (1 name only - it can be a person or a team name of your choosing) that your table reservation will fall under.  While not mandatory, it will be helpful to have an idea of the number of people in your party.  Group members don't need to sign up at the same time.  Just be sure all members of your group register with the same group name, otherwise, you may not be sitting with your expected group.

Tables seat a maximum of 10 people. If more than 10 register with the same group name, the first 10 registered will be seated together, the remainder at a nearby table, where possible.

Parties with fewer than 10 people will be joined with other parties to complete tables.

Event registration opens approx. 3 weeks before the event date.  Members receive an announcement email when an event goes live.  It's super simple...read, click, register! 

Ticket sales are final for all ticketed Socials events. In 2026, refunds for cancellation will be conditional on a waitlisted attendee taking your spot no less than 3 days before the event date.

Members can bring one guest to each event.  Event registration may be limited to members for a limited time for NTSC Member favourites and keystone events.

Join NTSC at our Premiere PWHL Ladies Hockey Night in Toronto, as we support professional women's sports.  

Cheer on Toronto's very own PWHL team and six of their 2026 Canadian Olympians in our exclusive NTSC centre-ice suites.  

GAME NIGHT ESSENTIALS

• Suite Assignment - we are one!  Members can mingle and move between suites throughout the night, space permitting.  
• Pre-Game - Arrive early to enjoy pre-game festivities and meet up with others.  Doors open at 6:00 PM, game starts at 7:00 PM.
• Halftime - Grab some snacks, share stories, whatever....
• Post-Game - When the game is done, we go.  Estimated time is 11 ish. 
  • The rest is 'as it happens'.  Organize yourselves and continue the night somewhere in the area to relive the highlights and celebrate the victory.   
• Payment - The Coliseum is CASHLESS!  Credit or Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are all accepted.  
• Everyone is responsible for purchasing their own food and beverage.  
• • Outside food and beverage is not permitted.

• Location - Directions, Parking, TTC – Toronto Marlies.
• Dress Code - Comfortably. It’s all about enjoying the game!  Sport your favourite NTSC swag or team jersey.  Dress in layers.  The temperature is kept slightly lower than fans may be used to in order to maintain good ice conditions. 
• Bag Policy - Small purse type bags smaller than 16.5cm x 11.5cm (6.5”x4.5”), with or without a handle or strap – small clutch bag.  All bags are subject to security search.

• How to get your tickets - NTSC will transfer tickets approx. 5 days before the game.  Additional information about ticket transfers, food ordering options, etc., will be sent to paid ticket holders in advance of the event. 

• All ticket sales are final unless a waitlisted member is available to take your ticket.  A credit will be placed on your account if we find someone to take your spot. 

Skip on out to NTSC's ever-popular, frequently asked about, annual curling event!   Teams of 4, of our (n)icest members, will compete against each other at the Leaside Curling Club on Saturday, April 11, from 5:30 - 8:00 PM.  

Don't take it for granite.  Sign up now, this event sells out! 

Okay, we're done with puns. It doesn't matter if you've never curled or consider yourself experienced.  Leaside will have instructors to teach you.  When you sign up you'll indicate your skill level so they can staff up accordingly.  If you don't need an instructor, sign up for "Curler - Experienced". 

Please show up between 5:30 and 5:45 to sign in, sign the waiver, and get ready to play.  Dedicated instructors will have us curling for about 2 hours.  When we're done, head up the road to the Local Public Eatery for a pint, dinner, snacks and chats.

• Game play underway will not be interrupted by latecomers.  If you are late, please fall inline with games in play where space is available.
