ABOUT SOCIALS
Members will receive an announcement email approximately 3 weeks before an event goes live. It's simple...read the event details carefully, click register to sign up. The email link is valid for one week.
To register for an event directly, login to NTSC, access Socials, find your event, and click 'register'.
NTSC keystone and/or favourite events may be limited to members for a brief period. Members can bring one guest to an event, subject to availability. Guests must be 19 years of age or over.
Please allow 3 business days to receive a response to any emails you send after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays.
NEW CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Sales are final for all 'Paid' Socials events. We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend a paid Social event, please reply to your confirmation email and let us know as soon as possible.
Tickets for paid Social events are non-refundable. However, if a waitlisted member is able to take your spot and you notify us at least three business days before the event, a credit for the ticket cost, less a $15 administrative fee per registrant, will be applied to your NTSC account.
Providing advance notice helps us offer opportunities to waitlisted members and ensures the best experience for everyone.
