Change of plans, folks! The grooming machine at Horseshoe is down, so we’re heading to Hardwood Hills instead . We want the best tracks possible! There is no change to the trip cost.
The Trail's End Cafe at Hardwood serves food and drinks. Menu is available on the facility's website. However, it is still good practice to bring something to eat and drink just in case.
Bus Stops:
Please arrive at departure area at least 10 minutes before departure time. THE WEARING OF SEAT BELTS IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PASSENGERS.

You will see that the resort's rental prices include the trail pass. Be sure to enter the discount code SC26HSB to receive 40% off that price. You should be paying the prices noted above.
TO THOSE WHO HAVE BOOKED RENTALS AT HORSESHOE, WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE PROCESS TO CANCEL THOSE RENTALS AND OBTAIN A REFUND OF PAYMENT.
Waivers at Hardwood:
All participants must sign a resort liability waiver. This will be provided on the bus. All waivers must be presented in exchange for the trail passes.
Lessons:
Lessons are planned to start at 10:15 am. Note that timing might change depending on the number of registrants and number of classes.
Cancellation:
If you cancel after the cancellation deadline (or are a "no show"), you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee for the bus cost and a $15 fee for a missed lesson if you registered for one. The remainder will show up as a credit on your account.
