NTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023

  • Select this option if you will be assigning a proxy to the President
  • Select this option if you will be assigning a proxy to a person who is not the president. Your proxy does not have to be a member of the club.

NTSC AGM 2023

This year's NTSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be a virtual event starting at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13. 

If you can not attend, you can assign a proxy by clicking option 2 or 3 when registering for the event. Proxies can be given to anyone, or to the President of the club. Be sure to assign your proxy to someone who is attending and speak with them first.

Proxy registration closes on Tuesday, September 12 at 7:00 pm (24 hours in advance of the meeting).

·         2023 By-law Update Report with Attachments

·         2023 NTSC Election minutes

·         2023 NTSC Audited Financials

·        2023 NTSC Budget


Registration for the AGM will close at 5:00 PM on September 13th.
