Waivers: All participants must sign a paper waiver. Please print and sign the waiver and bring it with you in exchange for your trail pass. All waivers must be presented in exchange for the trail passes.

Cancellation:
Cancellation Deadline: Email xcountry@ntsc.ca by the registration deadline. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline (or are a "no show"), you will be charged a cancellation fee of bus cost only. The remainder will show up as a credit on your account.
