This year will be different due to COVID. Trails are asking for exact names and numbers of participants, INCLUDING Drive Ups. As such, there will be a cancellation fee this season if a Drive Up cancels after the deadline.
Cancellation Deadline: Email firstname.lastname@example.org by Tuesday, Jan 11th at 8:00 PM. If you cancel after the cancellation deadline (or are a "no show"), you will be charged a cancellation fee. The remainder will show up as a credit on your account.
Should you need to cancel due to COVID Symptoms, or possible COVID exposure, the fee will not be charged (as per the Club COVID Framework). Each member has three (3) opportunities to use this reason for cancellation, but will have to provide proof of a negative COVID test before being allowed to attend any future NTSC events, including day trips.
